Writing Clementine’s Beautiful Cover

It is with enormous excitement, and immeasurable gratitude, that I present to you the glorious cover of my forthcoming novel, Writing Clementine.

I was completely besotted with my cover for Three Things About Daisy Blue, and I wasn’t certain the marvellous Onions could create one quite as lovely this time around. Instead, they’ve surpassed themselves and I’m in love all over again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the sublime Elise, Jodie and Kirby for their talent and generosity in giving this cover to me and Clem!

Look out for the book in all your favourite booky nooks at the end of June and please, if you’d like to, share it with your friends. I’m so proud of this book. I really hope you all love it.

  1. I also wanted to say how I loved when you said today that you liked to write your own feelings in the book and flow it through and also the fact when you were saying that you wanted to show that there is hope even though you might be going through bullying. I find it very inspiring and meaningful. I can’t wait for the book. xx

  2. Dear Kate Gordon,
I can’t wait for your new book! And thank you for signing my book today at the golden words festival. 🙂 You did a great job in the session and quite a favourite with Nick Earls at my school. You also mentioned about things to write about. Well I know that my friends and I like action adventure type books but also I think that C.S Lewis is a very good author and I love his books. If you don’t know there are the Narnia books but I would absolutely love it if you wrote something like that. I hoped I helped. When your book comes out I’m going to get it straight away and I know my friends are very keen to read Thylia. Sophie.
